Description
Helmet-Mounted Full-Colour Digital Night Vision
The SiOnyx OPSIN helmet-mounted full-colour digital night vision monocular offers a performance that is four times more powerful than an Aurora Pro device. Featuring a powerful, 1280×1024 XQE-1350 Black Silicon CMOS sensor (the most advanced low-light CMOS sensor currently available) with <1 millilux moonless starlight sensitivity, the OPSIN will achieve unparalleled low-light capabilities, incredible levels of detail, and an impressive night-time detection range of up to 150m — all without needing to use IR illumination, ensuring the user remains undetected!
Excellent Detection Capabilities
The OPSIN’s detection capabilities are complimented by the unit’s 44° field of view, increasing the user’s situational awareness and allowing them to observe larger areas with ease in darkness, displaying crystal clear, full-colour night vision onto a 1920×1080 Micro OLED display.
No Need for IR Illumination
The SiOnyx OPSIN does not rely on infrared illumination, meaning users will never give away their position, not even when observed through another night vision device. The eyecup provided also ensure no light leaks out from the unit, allowing the user to remain covert at all times.
IP67 Rating
The OPSIN boasts an IP67 rating, allowing it to remain effectively operational in adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or in environments with high levels of humidity. Its rugged design exceeds the MIL-STD-810G drop test, meaning it will withstand a hard knock and take a scrape without issue.
Up to 14 Hours of Battery Life
The OPSIN uses four Li-Ion batteries to provide the user with up to 14 hours (viewing only) or 10 hours (all systems on) of battery life on a single charge, reliably providing high quality night vision capabilities for the duration of an operation.
Built-In Video Recorder
The SiOnyx OPSIN features a built-in video recorder and 256GB of internal storage, allowing the user to capture moments through the device with a simple press of a button without worrying about filling up the memory. And, thanks to integrated Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth functionality, these video clips can be watched back quickly and easily by pairing the OPSIN to your smartphone via the free SiOnyx app.
